Your first line of defence
Innate barriers. Easy. Read the short lesson, then go to the quiz.
Your body stops most germs before they ever make you ill. Skin is a wall. Tears, saliva and stomach acid wash or kill invaders on contact. Inside the nose and lungs, sticky mucus traps particles, and tiny hairs sweep them out. If something still gets through, a fast local team reacts within minutes: swelling, heat, and white blood cells that eat the intruder. That whole first wave is your innate immune system. It is quick and broad. It does not remember a specific germ the way vaccines train you to. It just holds the line until the slower, smarter team arrives.

On the real product, your score (weighted by difficulty) would appear on a private friends or family board. The group can share one topic, or each person can pick their own.
